Jon Fisher is a seasoned customer and marketing expert with over two decades of experience driving brand loyalty and conversions for multimillion-dollar brands and start-ups. As Co-Founder of accruabl, supports customers to get the most for the accrubal services.

His expertise spans consumer goods, media, telco, and mobile apps.

Jon has delivered for renowned brands like Vodafone, Nokia, Electronic Arts, and Walt Disney, consistently leading to commercial success through genuine audience connections.

His leadership creates impactful customer strategies, optimises customer journeys, and delivers for customer operations.

Significant achievements in various sectors mark Jon’s extensive career. At Enzen Global Group, he managed global marketing operations, built a global marketing team from scratch, and significantly boosted the company’s brand and sales.

His role as the Managing Director at Boost International Ltd was focused on marketing and sales consultancy, tender management, and SaaS onboarding, which led to remarkable growth for businesses.

His interim roles at Elstat and other companies further demonstrate his ability to launch successful marketing initiatives and drive substantial revenue growth. Notably, Jon led the launch of the first handheld fuel cell at Intelligent Energy, a testament to his commitment to innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Jon focuses on ensuring customer success, offering tools and strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Matt Johnson

Co-founder, Head of Strategy & Technology Development.

Matt Johnson has been a pivotal force in shaping accruabl’s strategic vision and driving its growth since its inception. With over thirty years of experience spanning IT, digital strategy, and business development, Matt has a proven track record of developing innovative SaaS solutions that streamline business operations.

Matt’s illustrious career includes key leadership roles at the Tier 1 industry mangement consultancy  giants such as Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, and PwC. At Deloitte and Capgemini, he honed his leadership and project management skills, establishing himself as a thought leader in digital strategy. At IBM, Matt spearheaded Enterprise Application Solutions, focusing on SAP business development and solution architecture. His tenure at PwC further solidified his reputation, where he excelled in SAP consulting and business advisory, delivering cutting-edge solutions to complex business challenges.

In his dual roles at accruabl, as Head of Strategy & Head of Technology Development, Matt is instrumental in guiding the company’s strategic direction, identifying market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and executing key business objectives. His leadership ensures that accruabl remains at the forefront of technological innovation.

Kevin Halpin

Business Development and Operations.

Kevin Halpin is the Head of Business Development & Operations at Accruabl, where he leverages his extensive experience in innovation and business growth.

With a strong background in program delivery management, contract law, and strategic development, Kevin plays a pivotal role in driving Accruabl’s mission to provide innovative SaaS solutions that simplify complex tasks.

His career spans over 30 years, including leadership roles at Thames Water, The Clancy Group, J. Murphy & Sons, SQS and Catsurveys Ltd. Kevin has won numerous industry awards for his innovative contributions, including accolades for his work in digital strategy, operational excellence, and environmental management.

At Thames Water, he led a team of over 350 staff, managing projects worth over £60 million annually. His work at Clancy earned him recognition for his contributions to the UK Utilities Industry, where he received awards for innovation and excellence. Kevin has managed and led companies nationwide and has worked with many  high-profile clients like Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, Scottish Water, SPEN, SSE, TRiiO, Anglian Water plus many others.  

Having worked operationally at all levels and across numerous sectors Kevin has excellent understanding of the drivers of business, the requirements of the Board, the Customer, the difficulties faced, and the disciplines required.

Kevin is IEMA accredited and has a passion for sustainability and the advancement of green technology.

Lisa Baker

Lisa Baker is a proven leader with a deep understanding of the complexities within supply chain, warehousing, and logistics. Her career path has been a testament to her expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. Lisa began her journey at Arla Foods, where she honed her skills in these critical areas, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in efficiently moving goods from origin to destination.

Lisa's drive to build and shape her own path led her to acquire Accept Recruitment (Leeds). Through her vision and leadership, she transformed the company into the national Baker Group, establishing itself as a trusted partner for industry giants like Coca-Cola Enterprises, Next, and Marks & Spencers.
